1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of the website and services provided by Chandukaka Saraf Jewels Pvt. Ltd. Company through its stores located in Maharashtra and Karnataka. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. E-Mandate Enrollment

2.1 Customers wishing to start a new scheme account at our stores may do so and agree to make payments through the E-Mandate facility as provided on our website. 2.2 To enroll in a new scheme account through E-Mandate, customers must provide the necessary documentation as required by the Company and complete the enrollment form.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Customers shall make payments as per the schedule agreed upon during the setup of their Scheme Account. The payments will be automatically deducted through the E-Mandate as per the agreed terms. 3.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available in the designated bank account to facilitate successful transactions. The Company is not responsible for any failed transactions due to insufficient funds.

4. Cancellation of E-Mandate

4.1 If a customer wishes to cancel their E-Mandate, they must visit the nearest branch of Chandukaka Saraf Jewels Pvt. Ltd. Company and fill and submit the E- Mandate Cancellation Form. 4.2 The Company will process the cancellation request, and upon successful processing, the E-Mandate will be cancelled. The customer will receive confirmation of the cancellation by SMS. 4.3 Customers are advised to submit their cancellation requests well in advance of the due payment date to avoid any unintended transactions.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 All purchases made through the website or in-store are final. No refunds will be issued for payments made unless expressly stated otherwise. 5.2 In case of any disputes regarding payments or transactions, customers should contact our customer service number or visit the nearest store of the Company and the Company will investigate the matter in accordance with its discretion.
